Job Description Job Description Job Title: Travel RN - CVICU (Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit) Location: Marysville, California Department/Unit: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Salary Range: $40 to $55 per hour Shift: Day Shift Duration: 13 weeks (Contract) Job Description Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced and dedicated Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) in Marysville, California. This role is essential for providing high-quality, specialized care to patients with severe cardiovascular conditions. Key Responsibilities Monitor and assess patients with complex cardiovascular conditions, documenting any changes in their health status. Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and recovery plans. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CVICU or similar critical care setting preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information Contract Duration: 13 weeks.
