We are currently looking for a BC/BE otolaryngology physician to join our physician-owned practice with offices in Camarillo, Oxnard, Simi Valley, and Thousand Oaks, CA (Ventura County). Our practice was established in 1974 and is the leading ENT practice in Ventura County with a reputation for providing exceptional services to generations of patients. Join a collaborative team of 8 board certified ENT physicians, 7 audiologists, 2 audiology interns, 2 audiology assistants, and a tenured support staff that help ensure operational efficiency . Our practice provides the full scope of general ENT services to patients of all ages, and we perform our surgical procedures at local hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. We are looking for someone with a passion for general ENT, but may be able to accommodate specific subspecialty interests. Flexible full-time schedule with clinic hours Monday-Friday, and a rotating hospital call obligation at the Dignity Health Hospitals in Oxnard and Camarillo - these hospitals do not have trauma designations, which affords our physicians ample work-life balance. Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California, Connecticut and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $300,000 to $350,00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits.
