Our model of care focuses on a personal and self-directed process that empowers the people we serve and helps them to develop the skills to thrive!Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) / Registered Nurse (RN)Job Duties: The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT), and Registered Nurse (RN) provide direct nursing care to clients according to physicians' orders and applicable client care standards within their scope of practice.
