Ensures a high level of quality care and services for patients by coordinating and communicating operational procedures to staff and various departments. Monitors, evaluates, and modifies programs while adhering to company guidelines and standards. Directs and manages day-to-day operations for our Clinical Services Department and staff. Responsible for oversight of case management and psychotherapeutic services to all patients and their families inpatient and outpatient.
