Salary: $96,000+ bonus *Offered salary can vary, depending on licensure and experience. Admin Support - Full Front Office staff to support all administrative needs, including scheduling and managing of all client communication with providers. Collaboration - of Psychiatrists and PMHNPs to Therapy Colleagues in the same center - on-site Clinic Director available to support and provide consultation. Work-Life Balance - Practice model conducive with your schedule vs. the unknown day/schedule when working in an inpatient setting. Day-to-Day - Practice model is typically Monday-Friday seeing an average of 6 patients per day - College Student and staff population only! Responsibilities: Provide initial assessments, check-ins, and offer appropriate referrals within Mindpath Supporting patients through assessments of their current mental state Identify areas of concern and develop a plan of therapeutic treatment Collaborate when necessary for best patient care and experience Must be willing and capable of providing treatment for the following: Mental Health Consultation, Adjustment Disorder, Greif/Loss, Anxiety, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Depression, Panic Attacks/Disorders, Personality Disorders, Stress / Stress Management, and Trauma/PTSD.
