RN Manager for OR - EXCELLENT WORK/LIFE BALANCEPay Range: $105,400 to $168,000 annualized DOEThe salary range for this role may vary. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidates experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of what Sansum Clinic has to offer. In addition to posting Min to Max as pay ranges.The RN Manager, Operating Room is responsible for providing all functional direction to members of the perioperative team to achieve optimal patient outcomes while optimizing available resources including surgical case management and perioperative patient care coordination.
