QualificationsYears of Experience: 2. CA licenseBLSACLSWe prefer
candidates with strong skills in ortho (total joints), neuro and
vascular as well as trauma cases.COVID VACCINE REQUIRED "
Documented 2 vaccine series (or one for J & J) ok to start
orientation" If a traveler has one vaccine, ok to start orientation
and can complete vaccines series while on assignment, Cottage will
offer Pfizer, if Moderna they will need to get the vaccine
elsewhere" If traveler has no vaccine they will need to go to the
Goleta walk-in clinic to receive. No appointment is necessary. They
