Job DescriptionCentral Coast Home Health is a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout the San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are constantly growing and now seeking additional full-time RNs to join our team in the Santa Barbara area.Enjoy the ability to work one-on-one with each patient, treating and teaching them in the comfort of their own homes. All of our nurses act as case managers, coordinating various disciplines and supervising LVNs as needed while following Medicare regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. We offer flexible schedules, with nurses self-scheduling their patient visits generally during the hours of Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm with a rotating weekend schedule. NO Night Call! Job Requirements:We require all nurses have a valid California RN license & CPR certification, 1+ year(s) professional nursing work experience, reliable vehicle to drive for work, auto insurance and a current CA Driver's license with clean driving record. Home health experience a plus.
