Spectrum Reach is looking for a dynamic Digital Sales Manager to inspire and drive Digital revenue.

Serve as Digital Lead and Subject Matter Expert for developing and driving revenue and continued focus on multi-platform digital initiatives.
Essential Job Functions: Serve as Digital Lead and Subject Matter Expert for developing and driving revenue and continued focus on multi-platform digital initiatives. Assist with prospecting strategies and partner with Local Sales Managers and Account Executives, by attending sales presentations and assisting in digital sales proposals and strategies. Work with market managers and Account Executives to identify key accounts and growth categories for digital opportunities. Develop and maintain productive and positive relationships with management, division and key Regional Operations and Finance personnel. Aid in set up and execution of sold campaigns. Serve as additional contact for Operations. Support pre, mid, and post-campaign optimizations and recommendations through internal reporting platforms, as well as Google Analytics reviews. Assist in the delivery of training programs to Account Executives to ensure the ongoing education and rollout of new technology and information. Work with Account Executives, Managers, clients and internal production groups in the development of digital ad elements to ensure campaign and brand effectiveness. Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor?s degree from a four year college or university preferred. Minimum 2 + years Digital Sales experience is required, 5+ years preferred. Experience across multiple digital platforms and products, including: SEM, Google Analytics, Programmatic, and OTT is beneficial. Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Previous successful digital media sales experience required. IAB, Interactive Advertising Bureau certification, or equivalent, preferred.
Other skills and abilities: Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able to prioritize and complete specifics tasks on time. Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines. Strong knowledge of both digital and general sales practices with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to grow digital revenue. A self-starter with the ability to ?make it happen??project management and leadership skills a must. Ability to effectively support internal teams, and clients both in, and out of market. Bachelor?s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Related Work Experience- Minimum of 2-5 years:
Proven track record of business development
Digital or Advanced Advertising Sales Experience
Expertise in advanced advertising, data driven media, programmatic media and digital advertising
WORKING CONDITIONS Frequently travels Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards, and auto insuranceDriving is a requirement for this position.
