Job Description:
DescriptionThe Quality Incentives Project Manager, under
the Director of Department of Medicine (DOM) Quality Team, will
oversee,
implement, and manage the quality incentive programs for the
Department of
Medicine.Incentive programs have been developed to
incentivize physicians within the DOM to meet or exceed various
quality metric
benchmarks via scaled financial incentives. This position will
oversee
administration of various incentive programs, provide suggestions
for
improvements, and lead meetings and workgroups. The Quality
Incentives Project Manager
will have an in-depth understanding of the incentive domains,
measures, scoring
calculations, and performance reports and dashboards. This position
will
continuously work on improving data transparency through various
dashboards and
established physician and programmer communication channels.The
Quality Incentives Project Manager will be a
key point of contact for the incentive program by organizing and
facilitating
the Incentive Programs Workgroups and various stakeholder meetings.
This
position will oversee all Directly Responsible Individuals (DRIs)
associated
with the Incentive Programs and will monitor assignments and
agreed-upon
timelines. The Quality Incentives Project Manager will also fully
understand
the current payment structures at UCLA Health, including the
incentive
programs, and will facilitate access, training, and technical
assistance
related to incentive program implementation. The Quality Incentives
Project Manager
will provide training and coaching to other members of the
incentive management
team.UCLA Health salary range for this position is
$83,800.00- $179,400.00/annually. Please note that the department's
target pay
range is $83,800.00 -
$95,000.00/annually.QualificationsRequired:
related and/or equivalent experience/training
in operations, business, project management and/or equivalent
organization such as PMP, CSM or ACP to include a qualifying exam
and/or
quality assurance processes like Six Sigma or Lean or equivalent
project
management experience.

and
effectiveness field, theories, models to assess, design and
implement
customized organizational interventions.
