Position Summary:

As the CEO, you will play a vital role in the financial management of our practice. Working closely with the physician executive committee of the Board and the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all activities of the company. This includes overseeing growth/expansion, revenue cycle management, monitoring billing contractor performance, and providing supervision to controller/bookkeeper level employees involved in day-to-day financial operations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of recent experience as a CEO in a healthcare/medical group setting, demonstrating your expertise in leadership within the industry.
Master's degree in business, finance or related field, showcasing your advanced knowledge.
