Our people will be thedifference, delivering an unparalleled experience to our clients,establishing consistency in earnings and enhanced shareholder value.JOB OVERVIEW/PURPOSEThe FP&A Manager is responsible for directing the Bank'sfinancial planning and analysis activities. This position isresponsible for developing the annual budget, financial forecasts andprojections based on the Bank's overall strategic plan. Identifyingopportunities to increase revenue and /or reduce operating costs andestablishing performance targets; provide divisional and productprofitability reporting; assisting division and department managerswith evaluating the financial impact of changes in their businessstrategies including changing performance goals, adding or eliminatingproduct offerings, improving operating efficiencies; and working withthe CFO in the development of cost allocations and transfer pricingmethodologies. The FP&A Manager assists department managersregarding their financial performance, run financial forecast models;and prepare financial reports for executive officers and the Board ofDirectors. This position performs all essential duties in compliancewith regulatory requirements as well as Bank policies and procedures.* Prepare internal presentations, ALCO presentations and assumptions,reporting and analysis to support decision making and reporting tomanagement and the Board;
* Lead in the development of theCompany's financial and capital forecast;
* Manage thepreparation of the Company's annual operating budget;
* Assistwith treasury and ALCO reporting;
* Provide financial analysisfor new businesses, products, and operations;
* Provide financialinput and leadership on strategic decision-making issues affecting theCompany;
* Prepare, interpret, and present financial informationof Bank's business activities to executive management;
* Preparemanagement reports that reflect the overall financial performance ofthe Bank and Holding Company and ensure that management reportsproperly reflect the true operating, financing, and capital costs ofthe Bank and Holding Company and provide timely and accurate analysisof budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assistthe management in performing their responsibilities;
*Participate in the development of the Company's budgets andforecasting;
* Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-rangeplanning decisions, introduction of new programs/strategies andregulatory action;
* Provide monthly branch, cost center,divisional, and Bank/Company budget to actual financial performancereports including comparisons of key performance indicators.
*Meets response and resolution times as defined in service levelagreements and/or service requests, and follows established processesto meet service level commitments
* Cross trains in additionalfunctions of the department
* Develop and implement effectiveprocesses to identify, escalate, report, track and remediate riskrelated issues
* Completes all required regulatory training asassigned within deadlines established including BSA, Bank Security andany other training as assigned, within required timeframes and on anannual basis

* Strong analytical and strategic planning skillsnecessary to evaluate complex financial activities;
* Experiencein leading a group of individuals to achieve specific goals;

* Awareness ofoperational responsibility for Regulatory, Audit, and Sarbanes-Oxley(SOX) issues:
* Maintains an understanding of the SOX controlenvironment, risk assessment and control activities for the assignedarea(s). As a control operator, maintains the knowledge and skill toperform the control and remains independent from related proceduresperformed in the process.
* Adheres to SOX-compliant proceduresand consistently performs control activities accurately and completelywith requisite source documentation
* Ability toeffectively comprehend and interpret Bank policies and procedures inthe work environment
* Ability to work independently andcollaborate effectively as a team member
* Ability to exercisegood judgment in making decisions
* Ability to work underpressure, prioritize and meet deadlines
* Ability to manage anddevelop personnel resources.
* Ability to disseminateinformation and guidelines clearly to employees and check forunderstanding.
* Exhibit high degree of professionalism inhandling and having access to sensitive information, and protect andmaintain that confidential information
* Excellent interpersonalskills to communicate effectively with a wide range of employees andcustomers.
* Professional in appearance, and in verbal andwritten communication
* Advanced Proficiency with MS Excel
*Proficient with: MS Word, Outlook, InternetCompensation: Salary ranges from $130,000 to $180,000 per year. Thesalary range is determined by the role, job duties, and position leveland reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries.Within the range, individual pay is determined by job - relatedskills, experience, and relevant education or training.
