Under the guidance of a Senior PM, this PM will be responsible for program performance including project execution, business goals and customer relationships. The PM must have knowledge of USG product fielding requirements, including DT/OT&E, training and support, and guide the team through those milestones. The candidate may be required to guide a team through the process of receiving RFIs, proposals, and contract award. The candidate must have the ability to - strategically think through product life and field logistics, hardware fielding and/or maintenance. The PM must have the ability to balance program requirements, company policies and procedures and customer requests. Understanding of EW principles, systems, and concepts of operations is desirable.

Under the guidance of a Senior PM, the PM will manage program performance including execution, financial objectives, risk management, schedules, and other contractual commitments. As required by a Senior PM, the PM will interact with the Government customer community across a broad spectrum of program progress and issues. The PM will support EACs, cost and technical proposals, Gate Reviews and Program Plans. Because of security requirements for these programs, the PM will be limited in the number of people that have access. The PM must have the communication skills to engage and direct the functional teams in order to achieve program success in this classified environment. The PM must be able to evaluate such things as program issues, team skills requirements, etc and relay that to management as required to achieve program success.

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of direct work experience in program/project management, engineering, or related military experience
  • IMS and EVMS implementation and execution, to include meeting EAC requirements. -
  • Strategic thinking for product life and field logistics, hardware fielding and/or maintenance
  • Ability to balance program requirements, company policies and procedures and customer requests.
  • Ability to monitor, interact and correct functional teams to support customer goals. -
  • Must be able to travel between Company sites and visit customer locations in support of business execution.
  • Knowledge of USG product fielding requirements
  • Must have strong communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Ability to multi-task, address multiple issues and set priorities.
  • Must be reliable organized, flexible and detail oriented.
  • Strong business sense to proactively identify and resolve problems and issues quickly and efficiently.
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. DoD SECRET Security Clearance as of day one of employment.Desired Skills:
    • Understanding of EW principles, systems, and concepts of operations -
    • Effective written, interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Proficiency with MS Office including MS Project
      Bachelor's degree in engineering, Math, Science or a related discipline (master's degree in a technical field or MBA is desired) Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead project teams.
      Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in
      a related field and minimum 5 years' experience


      -The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
