about impact, not location.Reporting to the Director of Marketing
for Direct to Consumer & Chief of Staff, your role is to create and
execute integrated, high-impact marketing plans for our global
Marketplaces business, that create awareness of Sonos and drive
customer acquisition, for NPI's, branded campaigns, promotional
campaigns as well as performance marketing. Additionally, you will
be responsible for flawless execution of product engaging content
on the marketplaces that Sonos sells direct to consumers.You'll be
the architect of our marketing strategy, determining the right mix
of channels, mediums and messages to achieve commercial success.
You'll work closely with teams across the globe to ensure plans are
executed flawlessly.As the primary marketing liaison to the
Marketplaces commercial team, you'll work closely with the Sr.
Partner Managers to define our Go To Market strategy. You'll
collaborate with various marketing functions, e-tail partners, and
agencies to execute the plan, orchestrating campaigns and
initiatives for maximum impact.The right candidate is scrappy,
hands-on, analytical, intellectually curious, comfortable with
ambiguity and driven by a passion for breakthrough work. An
entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to challenge convention is
required.What You'll DoEnsure flawless brand experience and a
premium consumer experience
- Responsible for creation and flawless execution of product
pages and brand stores optimized for brand awareness and conversion
on various marketplace platforms.
- Increase Sonos visibility & awareness on marketplace platforms
to drive CTR/CVR.
- Craft and own briefs for the development of marketing materials
including digital assets, collateral materials and copy.
- Launch NPIs with impact by activating on-site go live
merchandising and review programs.
- Support the Sr. Partner Managers in regular site audits to
ensure accurate, complete and engaging Sonos product information,
images and brand messaging.
- Key contact for experience and merchandising topics on
marketplaces such as shop design, product page creation,
communication with Brand Creative and Brand Marketing.
- Set up new comms channels such as Live Shopping on
marketplaces.Performance media
- Plan, create and execute high impact performance marketing
campaigns to build the brand on key marketplaces and drive results
aligned to the commercial goals.
- Own the set up and effective running of performance media
campaigns on all marketplaces across the globe. Own the budget and
be accountable for the plan.
- Partner with the marketing agency and Data & Analytics to
optimize campaigns based on learnings.
- Initiate and recommend creative testing on campaigns and
utilize conversion and sales data to inform on-site optimization
recommendations.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the marketing
communications plan to marketplace partners.
- Establish and maintain weekly performance reporting on Paid
Media vs target, delivering insight and recommendations to improve
performance and scale. Collect and analyze data to identify trends
and insights to achieve maximum ROAS.
- Manage the relationship and performance of the marketing agency
on marketplace campaigns.What You'll Need"Research shows that

- Bachelor degree required (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years marketing experience.
- Marketing experience with e-tail partners including Amazon and
eBay.
- Proven track record in the consumer electronics, lifestyle
and/or luxury sectors.
- Willing to travel internationally up to 10% of the
time.Preferred Qualifications
- A knowledge/understanding of the global marketing and retail
landscapes.
- Strong collaboration and partnering skills.
- Highly organized with ability to multi-task across numerous
projects.
- Agile problem-solver who enjoys getting close to the work.
- Demonstrated success using marketing to drive the
business.
- Ability to take full ownership of complex projects with limited
day to day guidance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable within a fast-paced global organization where team

qualifications. This job is also eligible for discretionary bonuses
as well as an opportunity to become a Sonos shareholder because all
full time employees are eligible for stock grants. The minimum base
pay may be modified in the future based on changing market
conditions. The starting minimum base pay for this role
is:$124,000We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including
