Manager to join the Direct to Consumer team and support our goal of
creating the ultimate listening experience for our customers. At
Sonos, we aspire to grow our Direct to Consumer (DTC) channel
faster than the rest of our business. To support this aspiration,
we are growing a function dedicated to acquiring new customers and
developing in-house SMEs to drive significant contributions for DTC
and the business at large. This is an opportunity to join a team

location.What You'll Do:As a member of the DTC Acquisition team,
you will work cross-functionally with ecommerce, insights and
analytics, marketing, and other enterprise functions to meet our
aligned targets for landing new Sonos customers. You will have a
deep understanding of both corporate and team acquisition goals,
crafting and executing a SEO strategy that directly contributes to
meeting them. The ideal candidate is proactive, results driven, a
strong communicator, and keen to grow expertise within DTC. You are
a problem-solver and forward-thinker who is instrumental in
effectively implementing a core component of our long term business
strategy.Responsibilities:
- Develop, socialize, and champion the SEO strategy, backed by
data and forecasts, for Sonos DTC globally
- Create and execute the roadmap for SEO initiatives based on
opportunity analysis, SEO standard methodologies and trends,
sophisticated keyword research, and continuous performance
monitoring
- Lead planning, execution, and analysis of SEO programs and
campaigns
- Partner with insights and analytics to develop SEO dashboards,
and prepare regular updates for business stakeholders on SEO
performance and impact of initiatives
- Keep up with SEO industry trends and methodologies, and work
closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO standards
during site redesigns, major and minor enhancements, new site
features, and new product launches
- Educate Ecommerce, Web Development, Product Marketing and other
relevant teams on SEO best practices; use lessons from individual
products and markets to improve Sonos' overall SEO knowledge and
strategy
- Have a clear point of view and ability to present convincingly
to leadership teams, internal partners, and vendors
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status,
timelines, and results
- Balance several initiatives efficiently and in parallel, and
shift priorities as neededWhat you'll need:Research shows that

- Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education,
experience, and training
- 3-5 years of relevant, hands-on SEO experiencePreferred
qualifications:
- Experience driving organic search traffic for enterprise
websites, including impact on lead generation and ecommerce
- Familiarity with SEO industry tools and resources
- Outstanding communication skills and strong ability to frame
stories; make clear, impactful recommendations; influence and align
cross-functional teams toward common goals; and communicate
technical information clearly to non-technical audiences
- Creative, results-oriented, and analytical problem solver with
a passion to drive growth for the business with the ability to
successfully drive complex issues rooted in data
- Comfort using data to identify and analyze areas for
improvements; excellent at both quantitative and qualitative
analysis
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to an always-evolving
organization and search industry
- Experience working with development teams to ensure SEO best
practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
- Ability to establish good interpersonal relationships with a
variety of colleagues
- Problem-solver with excellent follow-through and a

factors when determining compensation, which may cause compensation
to vary depending on your skills, experience and qualifications.
This job is also eligible for discretionary bonuses as well as an
opportunity to become a Sonos shareholder because all full time
employees are eligible for stock grants. The minimum base pay may
be modified in the future based on changing market conditions. The
starting minimum base pay for this role is:$95,000We offer a
comprehensive package of benefits including open time off,
medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and other benefits subject
to eligibility requirements.Note: No amount of pay is considered to
be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and
determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, benefits,
