Job Title: -Sr Manager, Hoka Global Brand Partnerships & CollaborationsReports to: -Sr. Director, Global Brand Merchandising - HOKALocation: -Remote/PortlandThe RoleHOKA is seeking a strategic thinker and energetic teammate to drive the approach, development and oversight of Global Brand Partnerships and Collaborations. Responsible for generating energy moments around existing and new product franchises, this person will work with key stakeholders across the globe to identify authentic and relevant partners and opportunities for the HOKA brand. - They will tie these projects back to relevant product stories, marketing plans to elevate both HOKA and the product. This person will be the primary contact, driving the collaboration process, creation of brand stories, executing multi-faceted, integrated marketing campaigns and activations while driving sell-through.We celebrate diversity--of your background, your experiences and your unique identity. We believe that when we bring our different perspectives to work, we are truly Better Together.Your Impact The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:Aligns with Sr. Director of Global to establish and implement global partnership and collaboration strategy that drives Brand franchises, elevates icons, amplifies stories, and creates demand in market. Determines partners based on strategy, objectives, criteria, and industry trends. Initiates conversations with prospective partners and prepares pitch decks and materials. Maintains relationships with new and existing partners and acts as main point of contact with partner throughout the duration of the project. Partners with associated HOKA Product Line Manager in all brief initiation for collaboration/partnership projects and commits to remain close to the product development process and ensure timely, nimble and complete execution of the product in alignment with the partnership/collaboration agreement. Ensures all key stakeholders across product, design, marketing, sales, ops, and Omni-channel are appropriately engaged in their part in the delivery of the Collab strategy. Works with these teams and stakeholders to develop their detailed plans and monitors their progress on a project-by-project basisWho You Are

  • Proven, cross-functional leader with the ability to build a collaborative, supportive operating environment
  • Self-starter with strong understanding of the cultural zeitgeist, consumer trends and drop culture space
  • An influential consensus-builder with high accountability to drive results
  • Footwear industry experience is a strong plusWe'd love to hear from people with
    • 10+ years of merchandising, product, and/or marketing experience, preferably in fashion or consumer products
    • Strong communication abilities, written and verbal
    • Ability to lead global teams in development and execution of global plans
    • Excellent project management oversight abilities; can drive forward projects and initiatives in ambiguous and changing environments against tight timelines
    • Demonstrates strong leadership skills for direct reports, also possesses strong ability to lead cross-functional and cross-regional partners through influence
    • Understands dynamic and global business organizations; can navigate across sales channels and communications platforms to provide strategic recommendations and action plans that will drive brand awareness and esteem across multiple consumer touch points
