Req#: 5668 We are looking for a Manager, Brand Design to join our
team. The ideal candidate is a passionate storyteller, strategic
thinker, and skilled communicator who has a proven track record
managing Brand Design, photography and film projects and delivering
them across a global matrix.
You are at once a Creative, Planner and Producer rolled into one. A
deep understanding of brand voice, tone, style and creative is
essential, as you will be a shepherd of the Sonos brand voice. You
must demonstrate a clear ability to identify themes that require
brand design attention and create long and short term plans to fill
gaps in our identity. You will surface and share regional briefs
with brand design leadership for QC. You will partner closely with
the planning and asset management team to insure directives result
in quality regional work. You will partner closely with internal
comms to identify opportunities to strengthen the brand with
employees. You will lead NPI related creative projects. An in-depth
knowledge of music and entertainment culture, including how to
manage talent in that world is a must, along with experience in
producing photography and film content.

What You ll Do
* Builds and execute brand design strategies, managing brand
development lifecycle both internally and externally.
* Identify and nurture key functions that require strong design
* Works closely with Planning team to traffic information and
communicate across regions
* Work across Sonos teams to translate the company's strategy and
business goals into themes that drive awareness and increase
engagement and conversion.
* Ensure brand consistency across all channels and assets,
maintaining high standards for quality
* Manage agency relationships
* Partner with internal comms to build the brand from the inside
* Lead all communication with international marketing leads on
brand design priorities and best practices.
* Manage color palette, font and other licensed or revolving
Skills You ll Need
* Bachelor s Degree in Graphic Design, a related field or 5 years
of relevant work experience in a creative production or marketing
* Extremely passionate and knowledgeable about graphic design,
illustration, 3D design, marketing creative, asset management and
* Ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple
projects under strict deadlines.
* Passion, energy, and enthusiasm for brand building and
consistency. Detailed knowledge and expertise around all formats
