forward! MobilityWorks is currently seeking a Reconditioning

consistently uphold our core values. As a Reconditioning Technician
, you’ll play a key role in restoring vehicles by removing and
troubleshooting adaptive driving and mobility equipment—helping
MobilityWorks continue changing lives through mobility. You'll be
responsible for the inspection and removal of electronic, gas and
brake systems, digitally controlled joystick driving systems, and
adaptive equipment from vehicles. Essential Job Functions and
Duties: • Read and complete tasks as communicated through written
service orders. • Remove adaptive equipment from vehicles that have
been previously installed. • Troubleshoot and identify problems
with equipment and/or adaptations. • Ensure high level of quality
in adherence to company standards. • Complete all jobs within
acceptable time limits. • Maintain a clean and organized work area
at all times. • Attend and participate in company and department
meetings, in-services, and trainings as required. • Maintain all
licenses and certifications required to perform assigned duties. •
Maintain utilization and efficiency numbers as required • Adhere to
all company policies and procedures, OSHA and other safety
regulations, and all state mandated regulations. • Comply with
MobilityWorks’ Core Values at all times (LOVE IT). • Complete other
duties as assigned. Position Requirements: • High school diploma or
GED required • Diagnostic experience in the automotive industry. •
Solid electrical and/or automotive wiring experience. • Experience
working with hydraulic and electrical systems. • Excellent customer
service skills and experience is required. • Solid verbal, written,
and interpersonal communication skills are required. • Experience
working independently with minimal supervision is required. •
Candidates must successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle
background check and pre-employment drug screening. Physical
Demands/Work Environment: • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50
pounds. • Must be able to complete automotive shop-related physical
activities (walking, standing, talking, hearing, pushing, reaching,
seeing, stooping/crouching, smelling, depth perception, identifying
