opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineering Resource Technician to
join our team in Goleta, California. You will maintain the
Preliminary Review Area (PRE) for the Manufacturing Engineering
team.What You Will DoSort and log all incoming material,Coordinate
with Program Manufacturing Engineers to determine
dispositionInspect defects under microscope, and maintaining
overall cleanliness and organization of PRE room.Maintain an
accurate inventory of tooling located in storage.Log tooling
incoming and exiting the room as well performing periodic,
self-motivated audits of lab toolingAssist the Manufacturing
Engineering Team locate hardware within various labs, retrieve
scrap hardware for engineering use upon request, scrap/destroy
hardware upon request, etc.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically
requires a High School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year
post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years relevant
experience .The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government
issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is
required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security
clearance.Qualifications We PreferExperience in Microsoft Office
Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)Experience in a
production environment closely teaming with all levels of
manufacturing stakeholders.Ability to read Work Instructions and
follow step by step instructions explicitly.Ability to adhere to

this role is 48,000 USD - 112,000 USD. The salary range provided is
a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
considers several factors when extending an offer, including but
not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities,
a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and
key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including
