Job Description:

Raytheon Vision Systems is seeking a detail oriented, organized and capable engineer to join our team as a Senior Test Engineer for 2nd shift (Hours range from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM) The successful candidate will possess an interest in the application of FPA technology to fields including astronomy, earth imaging satellite applications, man portable applications, and infrared countermeasures.Responsible for developing new tests and test equipment for focal plane array products and testing them at various levels of assembly. You will also contribute to solutions to technical problems arising in the test of focal plane array products.

Required Skills:

• 5 years of professional engineering experience
• Strong computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, MatLab
• Knowledgeable in the application of basic electronics principles, theories, concepts, and troubleshooting methods
• Experience using common laboratory equipment including oscilloscopes, voltmeters, signal generators, and power supplies in the test of electronic components
• U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a DoD Security Clearance within 1 year of start date
  Desired Skills:
  • Active Clearance
  • Software language such as LabView, Python or C#
  • Ability to read electrical schematics
