engineering and building envelope consulting firm in San Luis
Obispo is looking for a Senior Project Manager to step into a key
leadership role as they continue expanding across the West Coast.
This is a senior seat with real influence, but not the top
position, making it a great fit for someone ready to lead while
still growing. What you will do - Take a lead role in building and
supporting the Building Envelope practice for West Coast projects -
Manage investigations, assessments, rehabilitation design, and
expert consulting work - Oversee technical work involving roofing,
cladding, glazing, waterproofing, and below grade systems - Mentor
junior and mid level staff and help strengthen internal standards
and workflows - Work closely with senior leadership on strategy,
quality, and client relationships - Support business development
efforts, with room to grow in this area What you bring - At least 8
years of building envelope experience - Strong technical judgment
and project management skills - Leadership experience or the desire
to step into a more senior leadership role - Business development
skills or a book of business are a plus, but not required -
Confident communication and client facing ability Why this role
