Job Description:

New Journey, a Genesis10 company, is seeking a resource for a 4-month contract position with the potential for a contract extension or conversion. Compensation: $23.50 per hour Shift: Mon - Fri, standard morning shift 7am - 3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm Facilities Technician is to provide general maintenance support for the building. Job Responsibilities: Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. Troubleshoot power, HVAC system and controls, and mechanical systems. Maintain general & preventative maintenance, painting, carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management. Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed. Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials, as requested. Basic ability to work independently and manage their time. Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. 2 years facility maintenance experience required Facility plumbing experience Facility mechanical experince Work order systems experience Computer skills Preferred Qualifications: HVAC license Heathcare experience Only candidates available and ready to work directly as New Journey/Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
