This role offers the opportunity to lead field operations on significant hospital and healthcare facility projects across California. This role offers the opportunity to lead field operations on significant hospital and healthcare facility projects across California. Description Key responsibilities for Sr. Superintendent - Top ENR- OSHPD Construction in Los Angeles Oversee day-to-day field operations on OSHPD projects, ensuring schedule, quality, and safety targets are met Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and OSHPD regulations Lead site meetings and maintain proactive communication with clients, project managers, and stakeholders Mentor and manage assistant superintendents and field staff Proactively resolve field issues and maintain clear documentation of jobsite activities Ensure quality control procedures are followed and project goals are achieved Profile A successful Candidate for Sr. Superintendent - Top ENR- OSHPD Construction in Los Angeles 10 years of experience in building and construction, with an emphasis on OSHPD construction.
