$75,000 - $250,000 annually (based on experience, skills, and

bonuses and performance incentives. Responsibilities Diagnose,
repair, and maintain HVAC systems (residential and commercial).
Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and
emergency repairs. Conduct new system installations and provide
heat loss/gain calculations. Engage with clients to explain issues,
recommend solutions, and ensure satisfaction. Offer and sell HVAC
products and services tailored to customer needs. Maintain accurate
records using Service Titan or similar software. Follow safety
protocols and company standards. Keep work areas and company
vehicles clean and organized. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of
HVAC service experience (5 years preferred for senior roles).
Strong technical skills and familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.
Certifications: EPA Type II required; NATE Certification preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. High school
diploma or GED (Associate's degree in HVAC technology is a plus).
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to
lift/push/pull 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
Must pass drug testing and maintain a professional appearance.
Schedule Flexible shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours. Availability for
weekends, overtime, and on-call work as needed. Year-round, steady
