maintenance at all facilities, maintain compliance standards, be
proactive in addressing identified issues and problem solving.
Responsible for the cultivation and care of the landscaping and
grounds surrounding the buildings. Plants flowers, mows, pulls
weeds, repairs structures, and maintains outside of building.
Oversee company-wide vehicle maintenance, conduct safety
inspections, and maintain detailed records to keep the fleet in
peak condition. Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements: RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform building maintenance &
upkeep Respond to urgent repairs and emergency situations
Prioritize and categorize work items and issues as they arise
Operate medium to large equipment. Mowing and edging grounds
Irrigation repairs Spraying herbicides and pesticides Weed
abatement ? General painting (touch up etc) Maintaining lightning
(changing bulbs) Light construction work. Perform groundskeeping
and building maintenance duties. Mow lawn either by hand or using a
riding lawnmower. Cut lawn using hand, power or riding mower and
trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls. Landscape by
planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes. Apply pesticide to rid
grounds of pests such as mosquitos, wasps, ticks, and others. Apply
fertilizer to ground to enhance growth. Sweep walkways to keep
people from falling. Perform routine maintenance duties such as
applying plaster, fixing fountains, and other duties. Sweep walkway
of debris. Cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger. Trim
shrubs and pull weeds. Perform minor repairs and maintenance
procedures on equipment utilized in groundskeeping. Install lawn
furniture. Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed. Install
rock, cement, lighting, water, and furniture. Water plants and
grass as needed and apply fertilizer. Perform routine maintenance
on fleet of vehicles Conduct safety inspections on vehicle fleet.
Keep detailed records of maintenance and safety inspections on
vehicle fleet May also be required to transport clients as needed

screen Must possess and maintain a valid California driver’s

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Valid California Driver’s License
(Mandatory) Forklift operator’s certificate (preferred) Tractor
operator’s certificate (preferred) Lawncare Technician certificate
(preferred) SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: General knowledge of workplace and
office safety, including ergonomics, and video screen display.
General knowledge of state and local traffic laws and driving
safety standards. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the
functions of this job, the employee will be required to participate
in various physical activities with participants. These activities
may include but not be limited to: loading and unloading personal
equipment, loading and unloading of passengers, loading and
unloading of persons with physical limitations.The employee will be
regularly required to walk on uneven grounds, muddy and wet ground
and stairways. The employee frequently is required to use fingers
and hands to handle or feel. Occasionally lift and carry medium
weight (25-50 lbs.) Ability to touch, hear, see and speak corrected
to normal range. Specific vision abilities required by this job
include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth
