Rincon Consultants, Inc. is seeking an organized Senior
Marketing/Proposal Coordinator who will be primarily responsible
for coordinating and implementing of marketing projects which
include management and preparation of proposals and statement of
qualifications, interview presentations, resource materials, and
reports. We are looking for a talented A/E/C proposal coordinator
who is as passionate about our work as we are and has the skills
and attitude to be successful. -As part of this growing marketing
team this person will collaborate with different departments and
staff of all levels. We seek a professional marketer that
understands how to differentiate and convey Rincon's strengths that
set us apart to win new projects and continue to grow! This
position requires a detail-oriented individual, with a background
in marketing, specifically within the A/E/C industry -a team player
who can lead pursuits, communicate effectively, manage multiple
concurrent initiatives, and thrive in a deadline driven
environment. We are hiring up to two people for this position and
it can be based out of any Rincon office location; thus, the
multiple geographic job postings.*This role is available for remote
work or whatever situation suits you best! -Overview of Key Duties
and Responsibilities:
Proposal management process including
the writing, strategy, and development for a variety of engineering
and planning services and business sectorsWork with key business
development leaders to coordinate and support client/project/market
drivers, including the Go/No-Go process, compliance, and quality
control and assuranceSupport project leads and RFQ's
identification, vetting and distributionWork closely with our
creative and technical staff, as well as leadership to create
compelling strategic proposals and messaging that convey Rincon's
brand Work with creative services team to fulfill the development
of marketing materials including, brochures, interview materials,
and company branded graphics Coordinate strategic materials and
other communications in alignment with the Rincon brand by
collaborating with key business leadersMaintain Rincon's internal
systems for information management related to people and projects,
pursuits, and promotional activity -This Job Might Be For You If
You Have The Following:
BS/BA degree in marketing,
communications, journalism, public relations, or an equivalent
level of experience5+ years -of working experience in marketing,
communications, advertising, or related field, or in a professional
services environmentExperience in the
Environmental/Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) or
other professional services industry is required Experience with
CRM systems (Deltek, Salesforce, Ajera)Ability to work effectively
within a group, as well as independently; seek help as needed and
contribute to team and company cultureProficiency with Microsoft
Office, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign), and other
desktop publishing programsDetail-oriented with the ability to
multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple
projects, deadlines, priorities, and teamsExcellent verbal,
interpersonal and written communication skills in AP styleCreative
thinker with a positive attitude who enjoys a challenge and finding

position is $69,000-$86,000, plus benefits and bonus. At Rincon,
our salary ranges are based on market median of similar jobs,
according to third party salary benchmark surveys. The base pay
that is actually offered will take into account internal equity and
also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge,
