Summary of Job Duties
(Note: This summary will be used for keyword search) Under the general supervision of the Associate Manager, the Administrative Coordinator is responsible for high level administrative duties including: front office management, graduate program support, access control, faculty administration, and financial assistance for the Materials Department.

Minimum Requirements

* High level of administrative and organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, as well as meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

* Strong interpersonal skills working with a diverse group of people.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills.

* Ability to act professional at all times, including when dealing with sensitive issues.

* Ability to think creatively when finding solutions to problems.

* Must be able to establish priorities, perform effectively under pressure and adapt to changing needs and issues.
* Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

Desirable Requirements
* Prior experience working in a fast paced environment within higher education.

* Experience with faculty recruitment and advancement, curriculum planning and student affairs.
