friendly, and highly organized professional to join our unique
boutique hybrid medical and laboratory practice. Because we are a
boutique practice, exceptional customer service is at the heart of
everything we do. We are looking for someone who is naturally warm,
polished, and attentive — someone who makes patients feel
comfortable, respected, and well cared for from the first phone
call onward. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for a recent
college graduate or early-career professional who is eager to learn
and take on responsibility. No prior medical or laboratory
experience is required — we will fully train the right candidate.
The ideal person is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to
multitask gracefully in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication
skills, professional phone etiquette, and a positive, can-do
attitude are essential. You must be comfortable working
independently, taking initiative, and maintaining a high standard
of professionalism at all times. Responsibilities may include:
Scheduling appointments and serving as the primary point of contact
for patients Providing outstanding customer service in person and
over the phone Coordinating with referring clinicians Assisting
with laboratory processes (training provided) Managing office
organization, supplies, and daily operations Supporting social
media and website updates Qualifications: Proven strong customer
service skills (hospitality, retail, or service experience
welcomed) Excellent verbal and written communication Highly
organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities Comfortable
with computers (MS Office and Google Calendar required) Eager to
learn and grow within the role Must have reliable transportation If
