Immediate need for an administrative professional seeking the opportunity for growth with a dynamic company. Must have experience with telecom coordination and be a reliable self starter. This person will be responsible for coordinating all telecom services (e.g. repairs, installations, removal of equipment, preventative maintenance, etc.), preparing monthly telecom billing reports for accounting department as well as assisting department executives with day to day administrative duties. Looking for someone who can maintain great relationships with clients and executive staff to ensure a positive workplace.
