We currently have an opening for a highly skilled Office
Assistant at a local property management company in Goleta,
California. This is a full-time opportunity with some flexibility
to work on the weekends if needed.
What we are looking for:
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects at one time and able
to effectively handle change
Provide confidential administrative support to Management and
others as needed
Demonstrated problem solving skills, ability to positively
respond to employee requests
Other projects or duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
3-5 years of related experience working in an office
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Detail oriented, conscientious, and able to work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
