Job Description:

A local manufacturing company is in need of an Administrative Assistant. This person will work with the Senior Director of Operations and must be familiar with engineering environment.

This individual will be reviewing documents for accuracy and conformance to written standards and will make changes to non-conforming documents. Candidates must also have the knowledge and expertise to be able to make changes to the organization and structure of technical documents as needed.

The successful candidate will possess:

? 3 years of administrative support experience working with technical documents, work procedures and quality specifications; experience in engineering, quality and/or production in a manufacturing environment will be preferred; experience with document management systems desirable.

?Document control and/or data management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

?Familiarity with engineering terminology.

?Strong MS Excel

?Accurate and fast data entry skills

?Familiarity with meeting minutes

?Accurate and fast data entry skills

?Familiarity with databases and/or database entry and running reports.
