Summary of Job Duties
(Note: This summary will be used for keyword search) Provides general office assistance to the Administration unit within Associated Students. Provides support for UCPath payroll data entry and HR recruitment processes. Serves as the department emergency coordinator. Provides logistical support for the awards process as needed. Cross trains with the Admin office coordinator to provide back up for those functions as needed. Enters approved key holders into the computerized key system. *LI-KA1

Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes. Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns. Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to deal with frequent interruptions maintaining accuracy. Proficiency in the use of spreadsheet and database software.

Serves as a UC Path data entry person (initiator). Primarily enters data for student employees. Enters career employees when needed.
As needed, provides the Payroll Orientation presentation for students. Ensures employment paperwork is completed and is accurate. Files student paperwork and shreds documents containing sensitive data according to the campus guidelines.
