(Contract) Pay rate: 31 per hour Location: On site - Long Beach
Contract role Urgent need – can you start work this month?
Responsibilities - Support the Risk Manager with insurance
compliance for leases, permits, and contracts - Review agreements
to determine required insurance and indemnification provisions -
Review insurance policies, certificates, and endorsements for
compliance - Draft routine and non-routine correspondence related
to insurance matters - Monitor insurance carrier ratings,
deductibles, and self-insured retentions - Maintain insurance and
tenant information in the risk management system - Prepare monthly
insurance expiration reports and follow-up correspondence -
Coordinate with internal departments, tenants, and insurance
brokers - Assist with risk exposure analysis and special projects
Qualifications - Experience reviewing contracts, leases, or
insurance compliance documents - Knowledge of insurance coverage
and risk management principles - Strong attention to detail and
analytical skills - Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook -
Strong written and verbal communication skills PandoLogic.
