Health benefits 401(k) Weekly pay Job Details We are seeking a versatile and customer-focused individual to join our team as either a Teller or a Universal Banker, depending on availability. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded, capable of handling Teller transactions, assisting with lending, and managing new deposit accounts. Given the minimal Teller traffic at this branch, we prefer a Universal Banker who can efficiently manage both Teller and additional banking responsibilities. Responsibilities: Teller Duties: Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments Issue cashier checks, money orders, and currency orders Maintain accurate transaction records and balance cash drawers Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries Universal Banker Duties: Assist customers with opening new deposit accounts Support lending processes and provide information on loan products Perform Teller transactions as needed Promote and cross-sell bank products and services Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies Qualifications: Previous banking or customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to handle cash transactions accurately Ability to pass a pre-employment background check If this sounds like a great fit, apply online or send your resume directly to https://apply.jobot.com/jobs/teller-universal-banker/1816591565/?utm_source=CareerBuilder /> Interested in hearing more?
