Details: We are seeking a dynamic and highly analytical FP&A
Manager to join our fast-paced Accounting Finance team. This is a
fantastic opportunity for a professional to play a pivotal role in
our company's financial operations. As the FP&A Manager, you
will be responsible for providing financial insights, driving
business performance, and influencing strategic decisions. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial
analysis, financial modeling, and variance analysis, with a proven
track record of excellence in financial planning and analysis.
Responsibilities: Lead the financial planning and analysis
function, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial
forecasts. Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to
support strategic initiatives, business planning, and
decision-making processes. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual
variance analysis to identify trends, assess financial performance,
and provide insightful recommendations. Collaborate closely with
key stakeholders to understand their financial needs and provide
tailored financial solutions. Drive the budgeting and forecasting
process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial
targets. Oversee the preparation of management reports,
highlighting financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
Provide financial expertise in strategic projects, including
mergers and acquisitions, investments, and business expansion.
Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes to inform
financial projections and strategies. Implement financial best
practices, streamline financial processes, and enhance financial
systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum
of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis,
preferably in the Accounting Finance industry. Proficiency in
financial modeling, variance analysis, and financial analysis.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex
financial data and provide insightful recommendations. Exceptional
financial acumen, with a deep understanding of financial
principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
Proficient in financial software and systems, including advanced
Excel skills. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire
and motivate a team. Excellent communication and presentation
skills, with the ability to articulate financial information to
non-financial audiences. High level of integrity, with the ability
to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize
effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
