Job Description:

Prominent key player for a reputable and well respected investment firm is actively interviewing for a Corporate Accountant.As the main key point of contact you will be appointed as the go to individual for the daily, weekly and monthly accounting for the trust and other corporate entities. You will be accountable for complete various accounting activities which include real estate accounting, month end financial reporting, variance analysis, budget preparation and forecasting. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, with a drive to succeed.

Core functions:

Financial Statement Variance Analysis

Creating and Posting Journal Entries

Managing Real Estate Commissions

Intercompany transactions

Corporate Bank Reconciliation

Consolidation of financial statements

Audit preparation

Budget preparation

Backup for other Senior Accountants

Special projects as assigned by CFO
