Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Collections &
Recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage debt specialists and oversee all aspects of credit card
collections from past due to charge off
Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with
policies and procedures
Coach and develop staff while monitoring performance and preparing
assessments
Required Qualifications
Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent
experience preferred
3+ years of experience preferred
Strong understanding of collections/recovery activities and legal
guidelines
Supervisory experience preferred
Experience with related systems and software
