Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Accountant to join their federal
tax team in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Federal tax reporting obligations related to
life insurance products
Assist in preparing accurate reports in accordance with United
States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP)
Manage external tax audits, including preparation and
documentation
Required Qualifications
Experience in tax reporting
Understanding of US GAAP related to insurance
Familiarity with external tax audits and audit processes
Knowledge of tax legislation affecting the insurance industry
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
