Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Leader to manage a team of
accountants delivering high-quality services to small
businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of accountants, ensuring high-quality
service delivery
Drive communication and performance through KPIs and take
corrective action as needed
Provide ongoing support and serve as a point of escalation for
technical questions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting from a 4-year college or
university; MBA/CPA is a benefit
Experience with cloud-based accounting systems; NetSuite, QBO, and
Xero certifications are a plus
Proven track record of exceeding expectations in previous roles
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness
and client trust
