• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Ability to set up manual financial statements and post adjusting entries
• Experience preparing payroll tax returns, sales tax returns, Forms 571-L, accrual to cash conversions and bank reconciliations.
• Commitment to a long term position as a full charge bookkeeper
• Strong and demonstrable motivation to live and work in Santa Barbara
• Successful completion of NHH&Co.'s manual bookkeeping testAcquired Skills & Professional Qualities
• Strong commitment to timely client service
• Advanced and fluid communication through telephone and word processing skills
• Dependable and reliable
