about impact, not location.For this role, we are looking for an
extremely entrepreneurial leader who thrives in fast paced
environments, to grow the subscriber base of our first party
content service. Sonos Radio is the #1 content service on Sonos,
and provides our customers with an amazing listening experience
that works as soon as our customers plug in their device. As a
member of the cross functional Sonos Radio Leadership Team you will
ensure we are building a strategy and tactical plans that generate
new subscribers to maximize ARPU.We seek a team member with
demonstrated experience driving innovation, experimentation and
rapid iteration, ideally for a music service or other software
subscription service. You'll need to be data-led, highly analytical
and comfortable creating "net new" processes and workflows based on
learnings. You should have a passion for partnering across the
entire organization with CRM, marketing, website, Sonos App,
developers, and designers to build elegant experiences that drive
new subscribers.What You'll Do:
- Define plans and tiers, along with the appropriate promotions
and bundles to drive new trials. You will determine pricing, build
supporting business cases to determine which plans and promotions
will deliver the highest ROI, and oversee their rollout through
product and go-to-market teams.
- Evolve the conversion funnel in the Sonos App and on Sonos.com
to maximize its effectiveness- working closely with product,
content, design, web, data & analytics, and IT to prioritize
investments that drive new subscribers and maximum business
results.
- Partner with product/UX to ideate, test, and build contextual
upsells in the Sonos App, balancing experiential and business goals
in order to drive new subscriber acquisition.
- Collaborate with product, design, and CRM teams to build new
winback and retargeting campaigns that capture subscribers who've
previously canceled their subscription or dropped out of a
subscription flow.
- Explore new opportunities to drive subscription through
partnerships and distribution in new channels, building business
cases to determine where to focus expansion.
- Gain customer and experience insights from new and existing
research, and develop experience hypotheses and experiments
grounded in those insights, to reach subscription goals.
- Partner closely with the leadership team and product marketing
to ensure the paid subscriber offering is clearly differentiated
and positioned against the free tier, to ensure subscriber growth
potential.
- Manage the subscriber/revenue forecast in collaboration with
the finance and leadership team.
- Manage the billing and reporting to partners and vendors.
- Work effectively across team, discipline, and geographic
boundaries to help ensure a culture of transparency, inclusion,
diversity of view and perspective and product experiences that
reflect those strengths.
- Present regularly to leadership on strategy and performance

- Worked for a music service, or other direct-to-consumer service
business, with global scope where the consumer is paying for the
service.
- Experience driving results by collaborating across multiple
teams and organizations with varied reporting lines, toward a
common goal.
- Experience working directly with CRM and DTC teams to develop
and execute subscriber growth plans.
- Mastery of modern digital marketing techniques.
- Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams -
building strong relationships is critical to success.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; thrives in highly
collaborative projects, effective at building consensus, handles
high stakes decisions with ease with the ability to cut through
ambiguity.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to
become proficient in technical concepts and explain them to
non-technical partners.
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize product data, user
research, and industry analysis to identify real problems that
drive customer and business value.Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to operate seamlessly between highly detailed and
technical situations and strategic business situations.
- Strong storyteller, including the ability to create and deliver
compelling presentations.
- Solid understanding of the full product lifecycle and software

factors when determining compensation, which may cause compensation
to vary depending on your skills, experience and qualifications.
This job is also eligible for discretionary bonuses as well as an
opportunity to become a Sonos shareholder because all full time
employees are eligible for stock grants. The minimum base pay may
be modified in the future based on changing market conditions. The
starting minimum base pay for this role is:$172,000We offer a
comprehensive package of benefits including open time off,
medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and other benefits subject
to eligibility requirements.Note: No amount of pay is considered to
be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and
