Job DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our growing team to support the cash to revenue process and provide deal support to sales, deal desk, legal, revenue accounting functions. This group collaborates with other members of the organization to ensure accuracy and integrity of the data in multiple systems. You'll build strong relationships with key stakeholders as you drive initiatives to completion. Successful candidates are passionate about Procore's vision and mission and can translate our core values into their work.This position will report to the Manager, Revenue Cycle, and can be remote or based in any of our US offices. We're looking for someone to join our team immediately.What you'll do:

• Subject matter expert on deal constructs, billing structure/operations, revenue recognition, and troubleshooting
• Advise and educate key stakeholders on the new accounting standard and the company's Quote-to-Cash policy, utilizing critical thinking skills
• Analyze complex information and lead research efforts from multiple sources to provide the best solutions as it relates to bookings, billings, and revenue recognition
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue Operations to review or address bookings, billings, and revenue recognition concerns for non-standard, complex deal structures
• Ownership of reconciliations and other processes within the global revenue close cycle
• Maintain a comprehensive view of the Quote-to-Cash process, working cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Develop and implement an in-depth understanding of the subscription model, service/product offerings, and recommended contract structuresWhat we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance/Business fields required
  • 2+ years of experience in Billing operations/Order Management/Deal Desk functions
  • Experience driving non-standard, complex contracts to closure
  • Solid understanding and experience with CPQ tolls and QTC process
  • Self-motivated, critical thinker with prior experience around complex, cross-functional pricing and proposal execution involving Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue Operations
  • Positive team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross-functional organizations
  • Flexible and supportive in a fast-moving and changing environment
  • Collaborative participation in identifying and suggesting possible resolution in system gaps and processes to drive efficiency
